Team ENEOS Finish Top 15 at 2025 MotoGP Italy
Team ENEOS rode tandemly during the second half of the 2025 Brembo Grand Prix of Italy at Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello for the 23-lap Race, which saw Fabio Quartararo and Álex Rins finish P14 and P15 respectively.

Starting from P4, El Diablo slotted into P5 in the opening stages, and although he rode defensively, lost more ground in the first four laps and dropped to ninth. He later lost another position with teammate Rins approaching and tried fighting for eighth place but couldn’t get close enough. Over the final four laps, charging rivals made the Frenchman’s race more difficult, and Quartararo ultimately finished P14, 26.130sec from first.

“The bike didn’t feel great this Race, apart from FP1 and the time attack, and physically it was really tough,” said Quartararo. “I expected to do better, but the hotter it is, the less grip we have, so the grip was really low.”
Rins started P9 off the grid and finished the opening lap in P12. Battling the midpack he briefly lost two positions but was back in P12 when others crashed out. After Maverick Viñales crashed out, he moved up to P11, closing in on Quartararo, and together they were in hot pursuit of the two riders fighting for eighth. Rins started to lose steam with seven laps remaining and gradually dropped down the order, finishing P15, 28.155sec from the race winner.
“It was hard giving it my all while managing the tires,” Rins said. “We tried to push 100% every lap but as soon as I was behind Fabio, the tires started to drop and I had to change my riding style. Even though I’m physically fit, I experienced discomfort on my right side because of the different maneuvers and angles, which only added to the struggles I had with rear grip.”
