The NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) held the Fitzgerald Glider Kits 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway (BMS).


  •  Kyle Larson won his second career XFINITY Series pole (both coming at BMS) with a new track record (14.992 seconds)
  • This was CGR’s first XFINITY Series pole since 2008 (Dario Franchitti, Watkins Glen)
  • Larson, who collected the stage 1 victory, led four times for a race-high 180 laps
  • The No. 42 team moves up to fourth in the XFINITY Series owners’ standings
  • The race was slowed by nine cautions for 85 laps, including two red flags, totaling over 1:40 minutes (1:38 minute red flag for rain)
  • There were 15 lead changes among seven different drivers
