Larson 10
Kyle Larson returned to the seat of the No. 42 ENEOS Chevrolet Camaro for the fourth time in 2015 and looked to defend his Hisense 300 victory from 2014. In four prior XFINITY Series starts at CMS, Larson has an average finish of 8.8.
Larson started fifth, giving HScott Motorsports with Chip Ganassi their best starting position in 2015. The 200-lap race was highlighted by several long green flag runs. Within the first half of the race, Larson was able to make his way to a race-high second place.
Nearing the halfway point of the race, Larson reported something amiss in the rear end of the ENEOS Chevrolet Camaro. The team was forced to make repairs behind the wall and lost 17 laps. Larson returned to the track and settled for a 33rd-place finish.
